You will get: Pop Up Technology makes setup and takedown easy. Automatic ball return kicks balls right back to your feet. Roof attachment ensures even the wildest of shots will stay inside the net.

When it comes to golf practice nets it seems like they’re a dime a dozen.  You just set them up in your backyard and pound away.

But as you guys know, I’ve recently made it a goal to take my handicap from 19 down to 9 this year, and have a lot of practice ahead of me.  And I can’t always find time to get to the course, so I began the search for a quality practice net I could set up in my backyard.

When I came across the Spornia SPG-7, I knew I’d found what I’d been looking for.

Key Features

  • Automatic ball return prevents you from having to retrieve balls out of the net.
  • Pop-up technology allows you to set up and take down the net in a matter of seconds.
  • Heavy-duty target screen gives you a precise aiming point and absorbs the shock of the ball.

Who Should Buy the Spornia SPG-7 Golf Practice Net?

If you’re a serious golfer and want to take your game to another level like most of us here at Golfer’s Authority, you practice every chance you get.  That means even at home when time or weather don’t allow you to get to the course.

That’s where the Spornia SPG-7 practice net comes in especially handy.  It can be used indoors or outdoors, and takes just a few seconds to set up anywhere you have room to make a full swing.

Whether you want to groove your short irons and work on swing mechanics, or introduce your kids to the great game of golf, the Spornia SPG-s7 practice net is a great way to do it.

Design and Technology

A lot of sporting goods companies make golf practice nets that are subpar in terms of materials, design, and durability.  That couldn’t be further from the truth with the Spornia SPG-7.

This net is made of the sturdiest materials that are meant to stand up to continued use in almost any conditions.  The target screen is especially heavy duty and guaranteed to maintain its integrity for the life of the net.

Setup take and takedown take no more than a few seconds either, thanks to Pop Up Technology.  Just take the net out of the protective carrying case, unfold it, and it pops right up.

Another feature that sets the SPG-7 apart is automatic ball return.  Instead of having to break your rhythm to fetch balls out of the net every few swings, this feature allows you keep swinging as balls always come right back to your feet.

Lastly, the roof attachment alleviates the worry of skied or errant shots missing the net and causing damage.  It’s plenty big enough to capture even the most wayward strikes, but doesn’t interfere with your swing at all.

Specs

The Spornia SPG-7 practice net measures seven feet wide, by seven feet tall, by seven feet deep.

It’s made of heavy mesh, and comes with a thick, noise reduction target screen.

Also included are a chipping basket, roof attachment, and protective carrying case.

Our Experience

Since I bought the Spornia SPG-7 practice net, I’ve used it a ton.  And I have to say, I’m thrilled with its performance and functionality.  It’s super simple to set up and collapse, and still looks like it’s brand new even after I’ve hit thousands of balls into it.

I really enjoy the automatic ball return too.  Having used countless practice nets over the years, I’m used to having to stop my routine to retrieve balls every few swings.  Not so with the SPG-7.  I just keep swinging away.  And I’ve found that my back holds up a lot better too since I’m not constantly having to bend over.

All things considered, I’m fully sold on the Spornia SPG-7 practice net.
