ENHANCE YOUR FEEL
With a new, softer core and a redesigned ionomer cover for increased greenside spin, Soft Response is intended for players with intermediate swing speeds. With the modifications, you get a ball that is softer and has an overall compression rate of 50 (as opposed to the previous generation’s 60). Its three-piece structure includes an additional SpeedMantle layer that facilitates effective energy transfer at impact, producing a softer ball that improves feel and keeps the ball’s speed and distance constant.
EXTENDED FLIGHT DIMPLE PATTERN
By optimizing lift and reducing drag, an Extended Flight Dimple Pattern lets the ball stay in the air for extended periods of time at lower spin rates. It completes a well-balanced design, with every element collaborating to improve performance for players whose swing speeds range from slow to average.
NEW LOW 50 COMPRESSION DESIGN
Soft Response is our softest ball thanks to a new low 30 compression core and a softer ionomer cover (50 compression total). Softer golf balls are designed with steeper and shallower dimples to maintain distance by reducing drag and optimizing lift for improved aerodynamics. The soft inner core is surrounded by a harder second layer that enables an accelerated energy transfer and quick ball speeds.
