What I Don’t Love
PG1 needs a usable video. If your phone cuts off the club or you’re a tiny blur on the other side of the garage, the system has bad information to work with. Take the extra minute and follow the recording setup.
The coaching is remote too. You send the swing and wait for an answer. Performance Golf doesn’t publish a response-time promise on the page, so don’t stand on the range expecting an instant reply.
And the offer page gives two different product-discount numbers. One part says 30 percent and another says 25 percent. I wouldn’t include either number in the buying decision until the checkout or membership terms settle it.
None of that changes why I’d buy PG1. The Smart Step and the coach are the product. If you’ll record the swing, follow one correction, and stay with the process, the app gives you something random golf videos never will: a plan built around what you’re doing now.
