You know me when it comes to courses with their state’s name.  Here I go again.

The Golf Club of West Virginia isn’t the longest course around.  But locals swear it’s one of the most fun rounds in the state.

Built in 1959, old school design characteristics can be found throughout.

The greens are known for being especially pristine.  I don’t know about you, but hearing that always gets me excited.

Conclusion

The more research I do about West Virginia, the more convinced I am I need to visit sooner rather than later.  The countryside is truly breathtaking, and the golf is second to none.

I want to thank everyone that helped make this guide possible.  As always, I’m sure there’s plenty I missed.  Let me know what your thoughts are in the comments below.
