The 48V lithium iron phosphate InSight SeriesTM battery is a GC2 sized drop-in replacement battery that provides high-quality performance, power, and precision. This 48V 30 Ah battery is intended for golf carts, utility vehicles, LSVs, and AGVs.
InSight batteries are drop-in ready and simple to install; simply connect them in parallel to achieve the capacity you require. There is no need to change trays, make difficult connections, or perform heavy lifting. They recommend utilizing their Battery Spacers to fill the vacant battery spaces, so you can use the factory battery hold-downs. Please ensure that your InSight batteries are properly held down if you do not utilize our Battery Spacers.
They are also scalable, allowing you to offer more power and energy (up to 300Ah) as needed. Because InSight batteries can be connected in parallel (up to 10) you have the freedom and flexibility to utilize the appropriate number of batteries for your equipment, which is normally two to six batteries.
InSight batteries also include an elegant BMS that allows for precise balance within a battery and between batteries in a parallel system without the need for individual battery charging. Furthermore, unlike any other battery system, our patented software determines and maintains regeneration currents, minimizing unwanted battery disconnects.
